Construction Management

ESI Engineering provides construction management engineering services and has on staff multiple Resident Engineers(RE), field engineers, and inspectors that are trained to provide exceptional construction management services during the construction phase of the project.   ESI Engineering utilizes partnering strategies to develop trusting relationships, remove traditional adversarial roles and to substitute cooperation, cohesion, consideration and compromise to work toward the achievement of a successful construction project. 

Inspection

ESI Engineering provides inspection and observation during the construction phase to determine that the work is performed in accordance with the specified requirements for the project.  ESI Engineering has multiple Level 1 UDOT certified inspectors that inspect and observe, coordinate sampling and testing of materials, and document and make necessary records or reports regarding the project progress.  Our inspectors keep neat, complete, up-to-date, and accurate daily progress reports on every CME Project.  

Documentation

ESI Engineering has the latest tools and software to provide accurate, thorough and organized documentation of construction activities, daily progress reports, submittals, safety reports, materials certifications, Buy America certifications, and measurements of pay quantities as part of ESI Engineering’s project control system.  When necessary, ESI Engineering uses PDBS, Masterworks, ProjectWise, and the UDOT Materials Database for project accounting, administration and project document storage.
